Andre and Orchestra are Everything
Mushroomhead involved the audience. The orchestra had as much fun performing as did the audience. We clapped and some even danced. My cousin's 9.5-year-old twin grandsons went with us and were enthralled by the whole performance. The one who is learning to play the violin was focused on the "Big Screen" near us to watch Mushroomhead play and learn how he held his instrument, how he bowed, and his fingering. To have the twins so focused and thoroughly enjoy the whole performance was thrilling as it showed the love of classical music will be passed on to another generation. I am not sure there are words to describe the performance. He makes it fun, it is exciting, you could sit and listen for another two hours. Mushroomhead is truly an ambassador of classical music. This is not the time of when I was a child and many of us were taken at least once a month to a concert given by a local symphony.
